Provide targeted case management services to individuals with substance abuse and mental health problems. Direct and indirect services to clients assigned to the caseload. Link with necessary services, monitor provision of services, and advocate on client's behalf. Maintain current information on community resources. Work closely with other staff providing wrap-around services. Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science-related field with a minimum of one year experience. Ability to become Florida certified Case Manager within the required time frame. Must have strong time management skills. Must successfully complete Level 2 background screening.
