Provide adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses the opportunities to develop the skills and supports necessary to find, obtain and maintain employment in the environment of their choice. Orient clients to program expectations, services available, treatment process, rules and regulations, and client rights. Assist with assessing clients for job readiness, vocational skills, and areas of interest. Meet with potential community employers to develop appropriate jobs. Maintain a job bank of current and potential employers. Provide support at job site and crisis intervention as needed. Complete and submit all necessary and required documentation within the prescribed time frame. Requires BA degree in social services discipline, minimum one (1) year experience working with adults with mental illness preferred. Current FL driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to provide own transportation to clients' home and other service locations. CRC certification is a plus. Must successfully complete level 2 background screening.
