Clay Behavioral Health Center-Update
6/20/22
We sprung a leak! On Friday 6/17, we discovered a broken pipe in our County Road 220 office. Unfortunately our offices were flooded and we are in the midst of clean up. We do not have full access to the building and will be making alternate plans to continue providing services. Your patience is requested as we deal with the recovery and repair process. Of course we are available for emergencies and urgent needs. We'll be reaching out to those with scheduled appts. Thank you.

While the Main Center of Clay Behavioral Health Center sustained significant flood damage, it has not dampened the spirit of our staff and our commitment to the community. We want to thank our clients for their patience and understanding as we relocate some of our staff and services to satellite offices. We recognize these changes may present some challenges however the safety of our clients, staff and visitors is our priority. As we rebuild our offices, we will continue working together to build a healthier community, one life at a time. Our phone lines remain open - so call us if you need us or have questions.

We received an online question asking when we would be back in operation? Great question and we are happy to clarify. Despite our recent building issues, our CR 220 office remains open with limited services available at that location - primarily med management services. Our phone lines are open, and we have Access staff onsite for walk ins. Our partner Genoa Pharmacy is also open with phone access and curbside services. Counselors and services that are usually based at the Middleburg office have been temporarily relocated to other agency sites, including Orange Park, Green Cove Springs, and Keystone Heights. We are making calls to reach those with scheduled appointments to inform them of any location changes – feel free to call us to confirm if you have any questions. All services are operational, and programs based at satellite offices were not impacted and continue as usual. We understand the challenges this has presented to our clients, our staff and our partners and we remain grateful for all the collaboration and teamwork that we are experiencing daily. Unexpected setbacks often bring unexpected positive changes. Please reach out if you need assistance.
