Position Responsibilities:

Facilitate NEO and On-Boarding Training.

Coordinate all site observations and intern placements.

Maintain records of all active Affiliation Agreements and Liability Insurances for Interns.

Assign annual training to staff.

Administer My Learning Pointe. Maintain records/spreadsheet of all staff training

Distribute LSF Surveys to all departments.

Record client’s comments for QI analysis and reporting.

Collect and record admission questionnaires.

Format and edit policies once they have been updated and approved.

Distribute Random Peer review samples to Clinical Managers monthly.

Track Peer review charts and QI Performance Indicators.

Take minutes during the QI/Peer Review and IT monthly Meetings
